No FX Fees with Cactus

Cactus announces No Foreign Exchange Fees and No Commission, making Cactus the cheapest way to spend abroad.

From the 1st July 2009, Vincento has removed all Foreign Exchange Fees on its Cactus MasterCard®. With no commission and exchange at market rate, existing Cactus cardholders save £46 on every £500 spent abroad and new Cactus customers can save over £38, taking into consideration the price of the card on sign-up.

The Cactus eAccount is held in GBP and transactions are converted from the currency local to where the card is used. As there are no charges or commission on the transaction, cardholders benefit from being able to use the card anywhere in the world. With other prepaid travel cards that hold funds in a particular local currency, such as Euros for example, the  cardholder is penalised when they spend those funds elsewhere, such as in the UK or the US.

To benefit from this fantastic offer, existing Cactus cardholders need do nothing except log in at cactuscard.com to load their eAccounts before using their Cactus Cards anywhere abroad that accepts MasterCard.

New customers can register at cactuscard.com to receive their Cactus Cards in 5 -12 days.

For full peace of mind, Cactus protects eAccount funds if the associated Cactus Card is lost or stolen (from the very moment it is reported to Cactus) and also operates a chargeback scheme, protecting purchases made with a Cactus Card should a satisfactory result from the vendor not be achieved.
